For youths struggling with addiction, help is available in Peoria.

The Peoria Primary Prevention Coalition, or 3PC, is dedicated to reducing youth alcohol, marijuana, and prescription drug use in Peoria.

Through collaboration with community leaders and organizations, 3PC provides resources, educational campaigns, and prevention programs to empower youth to make positive, well-informed choices.

Regular meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the William L. Patena Community Center, 8335 W. Jefferson Street. Meetings are not held during June and July.

For those seeking resources or support, 3PC offers services through the Peoria Resource Center, which is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. For more info or to schedule a visit, call 623-688-2345 or visit www.3PCoalition.org.
