Peoria Police seek assistance in locating missing endangered male

Peoria Police seek the public’s help in locating James Moore, 28.

He is described as a black male, 6’0”, 220 lbs., black/gray hair, brown eyes, and a sleeve tattoo on his left arm. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, black hat and Adidas slide shoes.

Moore was last seen June 23, around 2:30 p.m. in the area of 5900 W. Thunderbird Road. It is unknown where he may have gone. It is believed that he is on foot.

Moore has mental health related issues in which he is need of medication, but it is believed that he does not have any medication with him. Officers have been actively looking for Moore, but have not been able to locate him.

He does not have a cellular phone on him.
