Peoria Police seek assistance in locating endangered male

Peoria Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Hendric Mann , a 34-year-old Caucasian male.
He is described as 5’7”, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Mann was last seen wearing all black clothing. He was last seen on Nov. 25, at about 2:30 p.m., when he left his facility near the area of 83rd Avenue and Hillcrest Boulevard. It is believed he left on foot.
According to the staff where he lives, Mann has several medical conditions that require daily medication which he did not take with him.
Officers have been actively looking for Mann but have not been able to locate him. He does not have a cell phone with him.
