Peoria Police seek the public’s help in locating Nicholas Vasquez, a 40-year-old male.
He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’9”, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last observed wearing a dark colored tank top and black pants.
Vasquez was last seen Dec. 2 near 99th and Peoria avenues, when he left his care facility. Vasquez is on several daily medications due to medical conditions and he did not take his medications with him, according to employees at the facility.
Officers have been actively looking for Vasquez, but have not located him.
He does have his cell phone with him, but it does not have service currently and only works with a Wi-Fi connection.
Anyone who sees Vasquez is encouraged to contact the Peoria Police at 623-773-8311.
