Peoria Police seek the public’s help in locating Blas Lechuga, a 34-year-old male.

He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’9”, about 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what he was last wearing, police said.

Lechuga was last seen Sept. 14, at about 8:30 a.m., after he left his residence near the area of 75th and Peoria avenues. He left for a medical appointment, however he never checked in for his appointment, and it is unknown where he may have gone.

According to staff members, Lechuga has several medical conditions in which he needs to take medications daily. Lechuga did not take these medications with him. Officers have been looking for him, but have not been able to locate him.

He does not have his cell phone on him.

Anyone who sees Lechuga is encouraged to contact the Peoria Police Department at 623-773-8311.
