Peoria launches laptop lending program

Laptop lending program
Peoria's laptop lending program is available at the city's two public libraries.
Peoria Main: 8463 W. Monroe St.
Sunrise Mountain: 21109 N. 98th Ave.
Independent Newsmedia
Laptops are now available for checkout at the Peoria Main and Sunrise Mountain libraries.
Each laptop kit includes a Google Chromebook, a WiFi hotspot and chargers/adapters for the devices and is ideal for students or professionals who need Internet access and a computer to stay connected.
Peoria residents can only check out the kits, and the lending period is 21 days.
The Peoria Public Library Chromebook Kit collection is supported by CARES Act funding and the city of Peoria.
