The City Council approved a final plat for Aloravita North Phase 3 – Parcel 12, located at the northwest corner of the Aloravita Boulevard and Eastwing Vista Trail intersection.
The purpose of the final plat is to plat a subdivision for residential use. This final plat creates a total of 130 new lots within the Aloravita North community.
All internal roadways will be public and will be maintained by city of Peoria.
The preliminary plat was reviewed and approved by the city in September 2021. No significant changes were made to the proposed final plat.
If the final plat is not recorded within 60 days of Council approval, it will become void. The developer may request re-approval from the city, with the understanding that Peoria has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations.
