Olive Avenue in Peoria receiving road improvements today

A portion of Olive Avenue in Peoria is receiving road improvements today.

The city of Peoria streets division and its contractor, Vincon will complete crack seal asphalt treatments, April 3, on Olive Avenue at the 83rd Avenue and 79th Avenue intersections.

Olive Avenue will remain open for travel during these maintenance activities; however, traffic will be shifted away from the work areas.

Construction will occur from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. This project is slated for completion April 4.
