A net-leased medical center has sold in Peoria.
Commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of the net-leased medical center located at 7445 W. Bell Road.
“This property is located in one of the strongest retail corridors in the Phoenix MSA, making it a prime investment opportunity,” said Mark Ruble, senior managing director investments.
Ruble, Chris Lind and Zack House, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an Arizona limited liability company.
Built in 1999, the 8,094-square-foot property is leased to VillageMD under a new corporate-guaranteed, triple-net lease. It is located across from Arrowhead Towne Center, Arizona’s highest-volume regional mall, which features more than 170 brands and restaurants.
Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services.
