Originally from Illinois, co-owner Rhonda Waldersen made Arizona her home in 1994, according to a press release. Residing in the North Scottsdale/Rio Verde Foothills area, Waldersen has been a part of the real estate industry for 18 years. Her experience in real estate, combined with owning a second home for many years, inspired her to start Advanced Home Watch Services with her business partner. Co-owner Patty Knox-Hermann brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to the business. Knox-Hermann has lived in the Valley for more than 40 years and is an owner and designated real estate broker. In addition to her real estate expertise, she serves as the marketing representative for a local general contractor. With her extensive background in residential construction, Knox-Hermann has earned a reputation for her understanding of home maintenance. She also monitors her own cabin and several other properties in Northern Arizona during the off-season, ensuring they are well-maintained, according to the release.
