Mystery buffs can get into the act and solve a hilarious crime at "Mafioso Murders," Friday, Sept. 27.
The murder mystery dinner show is part of an ongoing series at Buca di Beppo Arrowhead, 16091 N. Arrowhead Fountains Center.
Performed by Murder Ink Productions, the whodunnit dinner show is set at the Calzone Family’s Godfather’s birthday celebration in the 1930s.
When a rival family appears and a “murder” happens, the audience will dine with notorious characters like Sgt. McBribebry, Black Widow Betty and Pizza Boy Floyd, and be given clues to solve the crime. A prize will be given to the person who can figure out the mystery.
Murder Ink Productions has performed immersive murder mystery comedies at corporate events and private parties throughout Arizona since 1989.
“These shows are so much fun because the audience can put on their detective caps and even play a part in the show,” said Murder Ink owner and film actor Greg Lutz. “It’s all about letting down your hair, meeting new friends, and having a good time.”
To add to the experience, attendees are encouraged to dress in the era of the show, although this is optional.
Admission is $75 and includes a 3-course dinner.
Tickets are available at www.murderinkproductions.com. For questions, email greg@murderinkproductions.com or call 480-699-8300.
