When & why I moved here: 2007 - I moved with my parents when I was younger

Where I lived before & why I left: Sacramento, left due to environmental pollution

My family: Two sisters

What I do: Personal trainer

What I like most about what I do: The ability to help people

If I had picked a different occupation, it might have been: A farmer

My interests and hobbies: Gardening, outdoor activities, painting

The best and/or worst time in my life: Best: still yet to come Worst: losing my pet cat

My best/worst habits: Best: exercise, art. Worst: binge watching shows

The trait(s) I admire in others: Empathy, compassion, strength, work ethic

People who inspired me (and how): My parents, because they embody the traits, I admire in people

My guiding philosophy: Help people whenever possible, be kind and never quit

My advice to today’s youth: Never be afraid to be yourself, and always put yourself in other people’s shoes and show kindness
