Join the city of Peoria for its spring/summer collaborative HOA workshop series with Mulcahy Law Firm about the city's HOAs and condos.

The virtual classes will be held via the Zoom platform and on Mulcahy's Facebook Live.

• Board Member Boot Camp, April 20, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. You’ve been elected to your board of directors - now what?! Learn everything to know about the duties and responsibilities of boards to keep you and your board out of trouble. Tips willl be offered on how to have a successful association and get things done.

• HOA/condo vendors, May 18, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. Hiring, firing, and everything in between. How to effectively work with your association’s vendors. Tips on negotiating contracts, the importance of using licensed and bonded contractors, handling disputes and/or performance issues, and how to end the relationship and find a new one.

• Free for all, June 15, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. Bring your questions, big and small. "Class doesn't end until we answer them all."
