Hash Kitchen is opening its second Peoria location and debuting a reimagined design in early January 2023.

Located within the dining, shopping, and entertainment district P83, Hash Kitchen is serving up #brunchgoals with its popular Bloody Mary bar, creative cocktails, and guest experience in the West Valley.

The restaurant will officially open 7 a.m., Jan. 11, at its new P83 location, 16222 N. 83rd Ave. On this day, the first 30 people in line will be entered into a raffle to win a Hash Kitchen gift card.

Aiming to deliver culinary creativity and experiential excellence, Hash Kitchen was founded by concept king and queen Joey and Cristina Maggiore along with their business partner Flora Tersigni. Hash Kitchen Arrowhead will be the first location The Maggiore Group will open since its partnership with Savory Fund in 2021, according to a news release.

“We can’t wait to introduce the West Valley to our fresh new look and the amazing team we have,” said Hash Kitchen Co-founder Cristina Maggiore. “This is just the beginning of our journey with Savory, and we are thrilled to expand across the country as partners.”

This new Hash Kitchen location will deliver the same winning brunch — with an updated sparkle. As part of its continued expansion, the Arrowhead location will debut its next generation restaurant design for all upcoming locations. The new look boasts an elevated brunch party aesthetic in a social space, the release said.

Hashtag-worthy design elements include playful black-and-white wall and ceiling art, as well as a DJ booth and disco ball for live DJ sets on the weekends. Complete with an indoor dining room and Hash Kitchen’s largest full-service outdoor patio to date, the 4,754-square-foot space is deliciously bright and upbeat. Also new to Hash: the restaurant will introduce a new separate entrance for pick-up orders.

Intermixing delicious eats, drinks, and beats, Hash Kitchen’s menu ranges from doughnuts served on a ferris wheel to savory hashes, pancake stacks, and over-the-top French toast dishes. The worth-waking-up-for boozy brunch bar program features the original build-your-own Bloody Mary bar and a variety of playful cocktails such as glitter cotton candy mimosa flights and booze bags.

The new location is looking add more than 100 jobs to the workforce.
