Hash Kitchen, Sicilian Butcher announce official openings at Park West

Two new restaurants landing in Peoria's Park West have announced opening dates.

Hash Kitchen has announced it will open later this month on Sept. 30.

The Sicilian Butcher will follow soon after, with a a scheduled Oct. 7 opening.

This will be their first offerings in the West Valley.

Created and operated by The Maggiore Group, the West Valley expansion will mark the fifth installment of Hash Kitchen and third locations of The Sicilian Butcher and The Sicilian Baker.

Hash Kitchen will bring its build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, creative remixes on brunch classics, playful cocktails and rotating weekend guest DJs.

Hash Kitchen will seat 200 in its dining room and the outdoor patio will hold 130 guests. The Sicilian Butcher will hold a capacity of 400 guests.
