Going out of town? Sign up for Peoria's vacation watch program

Peoria has a program to give residents peace of mind when traveling during the holidays.
Residents may sign up for Peoria’s Vacation Watch Program.
Before leaving for vacation, fill out the Peoria Police Department’s vacation watch request form.
While away, civilian volunteers will periodically check on your home and look for any damage or signs of anything unusual. In the event of an unexpected change, an officer will be contacted, and an investigation will begin.
Although the vacation watch program is not a guarantee your house will be completely protected, it is an added defense and provides additional peace of mind while away.
