The city of Peoria in partnership with Local First Arizona is hosting a free food business owner workshop at Rio Vista Recreation Center, 8866 W Thunderbird Road, on Tuesday, Feb. 25, from 10 a.m. to noon.

This opportunity is geared toward Peoria restaurant owners, coffee shops, bakeries, food trucks, and aspiring food entrepreneurs.

The workshop focuses on Menu Design: Rethinking the Menu to Maximize Profits. Business owners can gain expert insights and actionable strategies on how to create a menu that maximizes profits by employing strategic design principles, understanding psychology, and analyzing data. The class will also help you unlock creative ways to design and craft your menu to influence customer choices and increase your profits by more than 15%.
