Peoria Councilmember Denette Dunn and Peoria Flex Academy are hosting a free shred event 8 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Feb. 8, at Peoria High School, Old Main parking lot, 11200 N. 83rd Ave.
Documents will be securely shredded on-site. Monetary donations are welcome. Proceeds will benefit the Peoria Flex Academy High School seniors.
To prepare your documents for shredding, please:
• Place your documents in a sturdy box. (The box will not be returned);
• Remove paper clips, rubber bands and staples;
• When you get to the site, stay in your vehicle;
• Staff will unload the boxes;
• Limit of four (4) banker/file boxes per household.
