City Council approves final plat of Catania & Dilligianis in north Peoria

Posted

Peoria City Council approved a final plat of Catania & Dilligianis, a home community located on the northwest corner of 92nd Avenue and Prickly Pear Trail, subject to stipulations.

The purpose of the final plat is to plat a subdivision for residential use. This development is within the city’s water and sewer service area. The plat combines three existing lots into a total of two new lots. All adjacent roadways are existing and public and will be maintained by the city of Peoria.

If the final plat is not recorded within 60 days of council approval, the final plat will become void. The developer may request re-approval from the city, with the understanding that Peoria has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations.
