Centennial High School adviser honored

Centennial High School DECA adviser Denise Ottenheimer  recently was awarded the Arizona DECA Chapter Advisor of the Year award.

DECA prepares young entrepreneurs in areas like marketing and hospitality or management and enhances their skills through competitions and conferences.

With nearly a 75-year history, DECA has impacted the lives of more than 10 million students, educators, school administrators and business professionals since it was founded in 1946, according to their website.
