Celebrating and supporting women in business

For over 100 years, the Peoria Chamber of Commerce has provided vital services in support of businesses, residents, and visitors. In fact, the Peoria Chamber served as the “city” before the city of Peoria was incorporated in 1954.

Throughout our history, we have sought opportunities to support economic growth, entrepreneurship, and community engagement, collaborating with and connecting the community in an effort to enhance the overall quality of life in Peoria. That connection piece is so key as it serves as a driver of relationship development that translates into growth.

We see conversations develop into an expansive network of individuals all dedicated to supporting the shared success of our business community; we are fortunate to facilitate and create a platform for such growth. It is this belief in the power of connection that allows us to specifically serve business and community needs that keep us on an upward trajectory.

As connection is at the core of what we do, we are thrilled to create more opportunities for personal development and business growth with our re-launched Women 4 Women group.

I deeply value our ability to celebrate and empower women in business in Peoria and the West Valley and look forward to the many connections to come as we host our Swing Into Spring Event on Tuesday, April 18th from 4:00pm – 5:30pm at Fred Astaire Dance Studios.

As we refresh efforts to provide professional development, networking, mentoring, and educational opportunities that aid in the growth and success of women in our community, we encourage women at all levels of their career to join us in valuable opportunities to support your growth and have some fun!
