The Hallelujah Blues Band has two upcoming Peoria gigs.
The trio featuring Patrick Veit, Michael Caruso and Robert Lowman will perform 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19 and again 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, both at Sunset Bistro at the Lakes, 19260 N. Westbrook Parkway. Reservations required by calling 623-566-1132.
The blues & rock ‘n roll combo started in 1997 as Wilby Dunn before the band changed its name to The Hallelujah Blues Band in 2007. They list Stevie Ray Vaughan, B.B. King, Chuck Berry, Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix among their influences.
