Steve Barnhart named arrivia CFO

Arrivia has announced Steve Barnhart as the company’s chief financial officers.

With a track record of leadership in finance, strategic planning, corporate development and operations for complex financial organizations, Mr. Barnhart has worked at Orbitz Worldwide as its CFO and CEO, according to a press release.

He recently served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of FTD Cos. Prior to that he was CFO for several other consumer focused companies.

 “I am excited to join arrivia’s management team and lead its finance organization as we help companies adapt to a new customer loyalty environment. The company is well positioned to execute on strategies that deliver sustained, profitable revenue growth,” said Mr. Barnhart in a prepared statement.

Mr. Barnhart holds a master’s in business administration in finance from the Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree in economics from University of Chicago, according to the release.

“Steve is a strong leader and we are thrilled he is joining the arrivia team,” said CEO Mike Nelson in a prepared statement, noting his financial experience and technical knowledge in corporate finance, financial planning and accounting.
