Mayor Jerry Bien-Willner
Dear fellow Paradise Valley resident,
Seasons greetings to you and your family! We sincerely hope that everyone is enjoying this beautiful and special time of the year.
I am very grateful for the continuing privilege to serve as your mayor. With New Year’s resolutions around the corner, please know that my primary goal in service is to keep Paradise Valley an exemplary, safe and well-run town like no other.
Our future is as bright as ever, with our town thriving and continuing to earn positive recognition. For example, you may have seen that our town now stands at No. 34 for highest residential property values in the entire U.S., and our zip code is alone among the Southwest on the top 100 list. I believe this unique status comes from our high community standards, our steadfast commitment to public safety and our success in protecting our town’s low-density and tranquil residential character (including recent winning efforts to strengthen our tools to deal with abusive short-term rental properties).
Without a doubt, there is much to be thankful for in our gracious, giving and strong community.
As we look forward to a great new year ahead, may you and your family be blessed with health, peace, prosperity and joy this holiday season and beyond.
