Scottsdale-based company 72SOLD was recently ranked second place in Inc.’s fifth annual Inc. Regionals: Southwest list, which recognizes the fastest-growing private companies in the Southwest - including Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
The regional lists offer a look at the most successful companies in the Southwest economy’s privately- owned business segment.
Likewise, 72SOLD was ranked first among real estate firms in the Western U.S. on the national Inc. 5000 list.
“Being recognized by the Inc. Regionals as No. 2 overall, No. 1 among businesses like ours, is a testament to the positive impact 72SOLD is making in the real estate industry,” 72SOLD CEO and founder Greg Hague said in a press release. “We are transforming the way people sell homes, making it faster, more certain, and more transparent. Traditional real estate needed a disruptor, and we’re it.”
The companies on regional list show a large rate of growth across all industries in the Southwest. Between 2021 and 2023, these 137 private companies had a median growth rate of 106 percent; by 2023, they’d also added 13,809 jobs and $15.9 billion to the region’s economy, according to the release.
“The honorees on this year’s Inc. Regionals list are true trailblazers driving economic growth in their respective regions, industries and beyond,” Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc. said in the release. “This list celebrates their achievements and tells the stories of remarkable companies that are fueling growth and adding jobs in local economies throughout the country.”
