Construction leaders and professionals are coming together again to discuss trends and solutions for some of the industry’s and region’s most pressing workforce challenges.
Construciton HR management software solutions provider Arcoro is hosting its second annual Arizona Construction Workforce Management Summit Tuesday, Oct. 17, at DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Paradise Valley – Scottsdale, 5401 N. Scottsdale Road.
The event’s focus is “hiring, managing and growing a successful construction workforce for today and tomorrow.”
Attendees will participate in a series of panel discussions and presentations covering key topics including: Finding the right candidates for the right role; Managing a diverse, multigenerational workforce; and How to win the wage war; and more.
Keynote speakers include Ken Simonson, chief economist for Associated General Contractors of America, who will discuss his forecast for the construction industry at a national and state level, and LV Hanson, head of people and culture at Frampton Construction, who will cover the importance of company culture in employee recruitment and retention.
