Russ Lyon sells Paradise Valley Hilltop Estate for $12 million

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty announced a landmark real estate transaction occurring in Paradise Valley.
Real Estate Agent Sue Shapiro sold a hilltop luxury estate at 6044 N. 44th Pl. in Paradise Valley for $12 million. The single-level, custom built estate spans 10,656 square-feet and features a variety of amenities, including a 1,000 square-foot gym space, a guest suite, granite showers, outdoor tilted pool and more.
The estate also provides a view of both Camelback Mountain and the city lights in its outdoor patio. The entrance to the estate features a walls of glass, an art hallway running the length of the home and 10-foot redwood doors.
