Head to Flagstaff for The North Pole Experience, a Christmas adventure returning for its 16th year.
From Nov. 15 through Dec. 24, families can step aboard a magical trolley that transports them straight inside Santa’s Grand Workshop at the heart of the North Pole. Through storytelling, the family-owned and operated North Pole Experience takes guests inside Santa’s world.
The adventure begins and ends at Little America Hotel, 2515 E. Butler Ave., in Flagstaff.
From the moment families step aboard the trolley they’re whisked through a magical portal that opens up to the North Pole. This year’s experience is packed with fresh attractions, including an all-new Toy Factory Experience and updates to Elf University.
“The Toy Factory Experience has something brand-new for 2024 and Elf University has some new interactive elements as well,” Scott Pace, North Pole Experience creator and founder, shared in a press release.
This year’s attractions allow families to become an honorary elf in Santa’s Assembly Room and help create toys for children, enjoy hot cocoa and Mrs. Claus’s doughnuts while dancing with elves in the bakery, write and send your Christmas wish list directly to Santa in the North Pole’s mailroom, and to enjoy a private visit with Santa, complete with free digital photos and a special gift for every child.
Tickets range from $52 to $76, and reservations are encouraged as the event sells out annually.
