Real estate agents Shauna Gliss and Laryn Callaway have partnered to create a new advisory team at Compass Arizona, providing representation to clients in the areas of Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills and Arcadia.

The team combines over two decades of experience, according to a press release, with a commitment to local relationships and personalized client care.

Laryn Callaway has 11 years of real estate advisory experience in residential real estate. At Compass Arizona, she has successfully closed over $30 million in residential sales over the past two years. Laryn consults with residential homeowners and buyers, offering expertise on real estate values and marketing strategies while specializing in locating hard to find properties.

Shauna Gliss, a licensed agent since 2006, adds expertise, local knowledge and unmatched dedication, the release continues, that will expand the team’s capacity and reach.

Both Laryn and Shauna are involved in the local community, serving on multiple boards such as the Advisory Council for the Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, the PANDA Women’s Board, The University of Arizona College of Medicine, the Swift Youth Foundation, National Charity League – Camelback Mountain Chapter, Phoenix Ivy Council and the Smith College Club of Phoenix.
