New affiliate agent with Phoenix/Paradise Valley office of Coldwell Banker Realty

Posted

Rolf Nimmrichter has associated with the Phoenix/Paradise Valley office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent.

With 25 years of experience as an architect, he is co-owner and partner of Nimmrichter Matthiesen Parter Architects Inc. in Zürich, Switzerland, which he founded in 2003, according to a press release. Before working as an architect, he worked in real estate marketing.

He holds a master’s degree in architecture from ETH Zürich in Switzerland. A Rotarian for many years, he recently joined the Rotary Club of Scottsdale.

“As an architect and entrepreneur, it has always been a pleasure to see clients love their new homes and share their joy with every home we built,” Nimmrichter said in the release. “My experience as a seasoned architect gives me a broad perspective on real estate. I’m excited to use my skills to help clients find their dream home or the best possible buyer for their home. “

Nimmrichter says he chose to affiliate with Coldwell Banker because of its reputation and the impression he had after the interview with Buzz Carr.
