Jalapeño Inferno celebrates 8th anniversary

Posted

Jalapeño Inferno, a family owned and operated Mexican restaurant with four locations across the Valley, will hold its eighth anniversary of its D.C. Ranch Market Street location in north Scottsdale with a Halloween-themed event on Saturday, Oct. 29.

Guests can enjoy an all-day party full of live music, costume contests, and giveaways. People will also be treated to themed food and drink specials, according to a press release. Jalapeño Inferno’s D.C. Ranch Market Street restaurant is at 20825 N. Pima Road in Scottsdale.

In honor of Halloween, the anniversary celebration will include a costume contest to recognize the “craziest, funniest and scariest costumes” worn by guests. Details about the contest time, winner requirements and prizes will be announced.

“My wife Laura and I are so grateful to our staff and community for their incredible support over the past eight years,” said Jalapeño Inferno co-owner, Terry Craig, in a prepared statement. "We are so excited to share this exciting anniversary with those who have helped us get to where we are now.”

The Craig’s, Terry and Laura, Jalapeño Inferno owners, took over the company’s original location on Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale Roads in 1999. The past 22 years has been spent growing the brand, expanding to add three more locations.

The first location will turn 23 this December and the Park West location will celebrate its second anniversary in November, noted the release.
