Maritza Cortazar Ranked in Top 250 Latino Agents of 2025 by NAHREP

Posted

Maritza Cortazar, an agent affiliated with the Phoenix/Paradise Valley office of Coldwell Banker Realty, has been ranked in the Top 250 Latino Agents of 2025 by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).

A licensed REALTOR for six years, she is known locally as “My AZ Home Girl,” a name that reflects her deep roots in Arizona and commitment to making every client feel like family, according to a press release announcing the recognition.

“Being recognized by NAHREP is more than just an award — it’s a reminder of why I do what I do,” Cortazar said in the release. “As a Latina, a mother and a believer in building generational wealth through homeownership, this honor means the world to me. It’s about representation, impact and paving the way for others in our community.”

No stranger to industry recognitions, Cortazar has been awarded Coldwell Banker’s President’s Circle and ranked in NAHREP’s Top 250 Latino Agents in previous years. Actively involved in her local community, she sponsors neighborhood movie nights and supports local schools, youth sports and small businesses, the release states. She also partners with organizations that advocate for homeownership and financial literacy in underserved communities. In addition, she currently serves as an active board member of the Phoenix Association of REALTORS® and is a past board member and director of marketing for NAHREP Southeast Arizona.
