Favor allegedly sexually assaulted the victim without her consent near the 5000 block of North Palo Cristi Road on April 21 between approximately 2:50–5 a.m., according to a PVPD press release June 7. He has been booked into Maricopa County Jail and charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of unlawful imprisonment.

The investigation included search warrants, statements from the victim and results from the forensic nurse examination and toxicology reports, according to Community Resource Officer Jimmy Phan.
