Lee-Walton affiliates with Coldwell Banker Realty’s Biltmore-Paradise Valley site

Kelly Lee-Walton has associated with the Biltmore-Paradise Valley office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent.

She brings six years of real estate experience to the office, according to a press release, noting how she has " been negotiating million-dollar contracts for many years for big companies, so I decided it was time to use all these sales and negotiating skills to make a difference in the lives of others through real estate.

Buying and selling a home is probably one of the largest transactions individuals can make and having someone who can negotiate for you and knows how to sell your home can make a huge difference. I even have experience negotiating $100,000 off the price of a custom home in Cave Creek,” said Ms. Lee-Walton in a prepared statement.

“I chose to affiliate with Coldwell Banker because it has an incredible company culture, has been around for over 100 years and has more programs and support to help buyers and sellers than any other brokerage in Arizona. I work hard for my clients and know how to negotiate, so I wanted a brokerage that would support me in every type of transaction.”

An Arizona resident for more than 20 years, Ms. Lee-Walton is a certified benefit auction specialist and auctioneer who has worked with various charitable organizations in Arizona, the release said.
