Kunasek: Paradise Valley needs Mark Stanton

Posted

As a Paradise Valley resident and former Maricopa County Supervisor representing our town for nearly two decades, I’m proud to support my good friend Mark Stanton in his re-election bid to Town Council.

I know Mark well. He is a longtime friend whom I trust completely.

Mark is humble, honest, and possesses the utmost integrity --- the exact qualities you want in a public servant. These qualities and his thoughtful approach to issues impacting the county led me to choose him to lead my office as chief of staff when I served as a Maricopa County supervisor.

During his time serving as my chief of staff, there was no one better than Mark at fostering relationships and building consensus. These traits are desperately needed on the Town Council, especially in light of COVID-19.

We need leaders who can sit down, work together, and put the town before politics to tackle the impending budget challenges Paradise Valley faces due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Town Council has some difficult decisions on the horizon, and Mark’s steady leadership is exactly what we need to weather the storm. His commitment to fiscal responsibility, public safety and protecting our town’s unique quality of life will continue to serve us well.

Join me in voting for a man who brings integrity, steady leadership, and an unwavering commitment to Paradise Valley.

Vote to re-elect Mark Stanton to Town Council.
