Holiday Prelude XXXIV: Arts organizations celebrate the holidays and raise money for arts programs

The Holiday Prelude Hostesses Luncheon was held on Oct. 24, at The Capital Grille in Scottsdale, as the organization prepares for its upcoming annual fashion show.

The annual event was organized by Dora Kolkhorst. Dana Dean posted reserved tables on the official Hostess Board for this year’s Holiday Prelude.

The luncheon was a festive gathering, General Chairs Janet Richter, Patsy J. Kelly and Co-Chair Jane P. Evans welcomed guests.

Tanya Barnes-Matt modeled a red gown by Galina Couture, one of the featured designers to be presented in the “Rhapsody of Fashion” fashion show at the luncheon.

Holiday Prelude XXXIV celebrates its 34th Annual Fashion Show, Luncheon, Holiday Boutiques and Raffle on Monday, Dec. 16, at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn.

Phoenix Youth Symphony and Phoenix Theatre Company Guild come together to create the festive holiday event, according to a press release.

Janet Richter and Patsy J. Kelly are the 2019 General Chairs serving along with Co-Chair Jane P. Evans. Holiday boutiques open at 9:30 a.m., and luncheon will be served at noon.

On the runway will be Galina Couture, Fashion by Robert Black, Jewels by Alan Anderson, Fashions by Lourdes Chavez Couture and The Clotherie.
