Celebrate the colors, energy and textures of the season with “Summer Florals and Landscapes,” a new exhibition at Gallery Andrea featuring works by international artist Andrea de Kerpely-Zak and a curated selection of regional and international artists.

Known worldwide for her impressionist “healing” florals, Hungarian-born de Kerpely-Zak brings summer to life on canvas with a brand new floral series.

De Kerpely-Zak selects her favorite summer flowers from local markets and transforms them into radiant floral portraits, expressing joy, vitality and the fleeting beauty of nature.

De Kerpely-Zak studied under Janos Nagy and later with Arthur Lismer, one of Canada’s famed Group of Seven. Her artwork is collected globally, including two pieces commissioned by Pope John Paul II.

The exhibition also highlights works by renowned landscape artists.

Rusty Walker, a veteran of Arizona’s art scene for over 40 years, captures the drama and movement of monsoon season with vivid paintings of Camelback Mountain, the Superstition Mountains, the Grand Canyon and more.

Collin Fry offers a modern perspective with contemporary Arizona cityscapes, especially evocative at sunset.

Additional works by Tricia Leonard and Annette Tan showcase loose impressionist scenes of European locations, blending warmth, nostalgia and painterly charm.

Adding a stylish flair to the showcase is “Summer Fashion,” a collection of custom wearable art by designer Andrea Zakrzewski, featuring dresses, skirts, scarves and handbags inspired by de Kerpely-Zak’s paintings.

Zakrzewski’s designs have graced runways including Phoenix Fashion Week.

This seasonal celebration of art, nature and fashion invites viewers to experience summer in full bloom—on canvas, in color and in couture.
