The Franciscan Renewal Center in Paradise Valley is hosting three retreats and one presentation for the community to attend.
Each event requires registration, which can be found on the Franciscan Renewal Center website, thecasa.org/programs.
A Catholic retreat center and worship community, The Franciscan Renewal Center was founded as a Catholic retreat, called Casa de Paz y Bien, by the Order of Friars Minor in 1951. Known as “The Casa,” the Franciscan Renewal Center remains an active religious community that seeks to follow in the footsteps of Saints Francis and Clare of Assisi.
This retreat provides a supportive setting where participants will gain new insights into the grief process and discover ways to heal from this intense and painful period.
This retreat will help participants live through the end of their relationship and show them how that ending can be transformed into an opportunity for personal growth.
Spend the weekend on 25 acres of serene desert beauty while hearing from an expert licensed professionals speaking on timely and informative topics.
Experience a thought-provoking and enriching presentation by Fr. Page Polk, OFM, and Rabbi Bonnie Sharfman as they delve into the similarities and differences between Christian and Jewish rituals.
