Cystic Fibrosis Foundation gala coming Oct. 22

The 65 Roses Gala hosted by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will take place Saturday, Oct. 22 starting at 5 p.m. at the Arizona Heritage Center, 1300 N. College Ave. in Tempe.

The event will honor Dr. Cori Daines, pediatric pulmonologist at Banner University Medical Center in Tucson, for her leadership as a Cystic Fibrosis Care Center director and her work in the development of new therapeutics for cystic fibrosis.

There will be a cocktail reception, wine pull, dinner, silent and live auction and Bid For A Cure. One of the speakers will be Anna McCallister Nichols. Cocktail attire is required.
