When Anna Thomasson announced she was running for Mayor of Paradise Valley, I donated to her campaign. Apparently, I was the first to do so and she graciously texted me her appreciation.
Anna knows us, the residents of our small community. On a hot summer day while my husband tinkered on his car, she came walking down our street. It’s true. Anna has walked this town from north to south, east to west. She listens to all points of view and has the right demeanor to work with the Town Council and board members and staffers.
Despite a mean-spirited drive to derail her, she retains her warmth and good nature. I think she’ll make a great mayor and encourage our residents to vote for her.
