Catholic Charities Community Services Board of Directors elects four new members

Four new members have been elected to three-year terms on the Catholic Charities Community Services Board of Directors.

New members are:

  • Marcelle Mietus, senior financial analyst, Honeywell;
  • Nancy Padberg, president and CEO, Catholic Education Arizona;
  • Chris Skelly, mediator, arbitrator; Skelly, Oberbilling & Phillips, LLC; and
  • Doug Watson, chief financial officer, Dignity Health Arizona.

“We continue building a board with deep ties to the community and diverse business experience and expertise that will pay important dividends for all of those individuals and families we serve,” said Paul Mulligan, Catholic Charities president and chief executive officer.

The new members join a board that includes: Board Governance Leadership Team – Marcus Sipolt, board chair, Paradise Valley; Tony Siebers, vice chair, Mesa; Mark J. Hiegel, board governance recruiting director, Scottsdale; Mary Permoda, external affairs committee chair, Scottsdale; Dr. Fred Shulski, Jr., external affairs committee co-chair, Goodyear; Mark Weber, internal affairs committee chair, Scottsdale; Brandee Kalandyk, Westside Head Start Advisory Council chair, Phoenix; and Dawn Gerundo, Westside Head Start Advisory Council co-chair, Avondale.

Board Members - Gretchen Caraway, Scottsdale; Angela Ducey, Paradise Valley; Jessica Hobbick, Buckeye; Scott MacDonald, Scottsdale; Olivia Brusso McCormick, Bullhead City; Nancy Shonka Padberg, Phoenix; Steve Spravzoff, Flagstaff; and Deacon Tom Klein, Ex Officio, Phoenix.
