Posted
Part Arizona history baked with storytelling makes for appetizing recipes in "Tastes and Treasures II: A Storytelling Cookbook of Historic Arizona."
Families can enjoy reading short biographies and food recipes from Arizona historymakers.
From learning about historic Arizona restaurants to learning about notables such Secretary of the Air Force Barbara Barrett, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, and past president of Arizona State University, Dr. Lattie Coor, readers will benefit from the Arizona history cookbook.
The winner of five awards, "Tastes and Treasures II: A storytelling Cookbook of Historic Arizona," has 216 pages, the release said, describing the hard covered book with full-color photos for $30.
Published by the non-profit Historical League, supporting the Arizona Heritage Center (an Arizona Historical Society Museum), single books can be purchased as well as discounted prices for a box of 10.
