Posted

Denise (Dody) Joy Hacker was born on July 17, 1936, to Keith Woodrow & Ellen Ruby Caldwell Hacker at Weldon, Iowa.

During her lifetime she was a dance instructor for Arthur Murray, an airline stewardess, farmer, business owner of Western Wagon Wheel (western store), cowgirl, model, spokesperson for Solstice and a Marine.  She was an advocate for seniors and passionate on serving Veterans.  She loves all sports and when not participating she was a strong spectator.

Dody loved life and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and was active until her passing on June 26, 2021.

She has requested no service.  However, donations in her honor can be made for the Veteran Memorial Park (which she loved and walked every morning).  These can be received at the following address:  Denise Bland
