At least three Peoria home sales eclipsed the  $1 million mark in February.

All three top home sales in Peoria last month were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.

The top home sale, 11232 W. Tether Trail, sold for $1.295 million on Feb. 22. The 3,210-square-foot home on a 1.23-acre lot has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The seller was represented by Jenifer Krichbaum with eXp Realty and the buyer was represented by Brian Sinnott with eXp Realty.

The second most expensive home, 30807 N. 117th Drive, sold for $1.255 million on Feb. 28. The 4,288-square-foot home on a 0.38-acre lot has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The seller was represented by Jim Balko with CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills and the buyer was represented by Sydney Grimsrud with Realty Executives.

The third most expensive home, 9527 W. Whitehorn Way, sold for $1.2 million on Feb. 24. The 3,485-square-foot home on a 0.39-acre lot has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The seller was represented by M Gladstein with Jason Mitchell Real Estate and the buyer was represented by Jennifer Laughton with My Home Group Real Estate LLC.
