US60 weekend closure, Loop 202 to Greenfield Road in Mesa

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for a closure on U.S. Highway 60 Superstition Freeway in Mesa for pavement improvement work beginning Friday, March 31.

Westbound US60 between Loop 202 and Greenfield Road will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday, March 31, through 5 a.m. Monday, April 3.

Upcoming closures include:

  • Eastbound US60 between Mesa and Val Vista drives will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday, April 14, through 5 a.m. Monday, April 17.
  • East- and west-bound US60 will have nightly lane restrictions from April 12-14. Locations still to be determined.

The pavement improvement work along 14 miles of US60 will occur over several months and will require numerous closures. ADOT will continue to provide updates as the work progresses.

ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while work is underway.
