Tri-City Economic Update set for Jan. 16

The Tri-City Economic Development Update luncheon is set for Thursday, Jan. 16.

The $40 cost to attend includes lunch, according to a news release.

The East Valley continues to grow with ongoing changes in business retention, attraction, and expansion. Join community leaders as they share their intentional and thoughtful efforts toward economic growth for the future of the region.

Join the Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek chambers of commerce in receiving regional and local updates on major projects and key focus areas.

The featured speaker will be Lori Collins. She's the  director of business and economic development for the  Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority. 

Featured panelists include Doreen Cott, economic development director for the town of Queen Creek; Dan Henderson, economic development director for the town of Gilbert and Micah Miranda,  economic development director for the city of Chandler.

Registration starts at 11 a.m., with the program from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Avion Center, 1733 E Northrop Blvd., Chandler.
