Once again Arizona Big Train Operators will be holding its annual Christmas open houses in December.

On Dec. 10-11 and 17-18 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. members will open their G-scale train layouts to the public so kids of all ages can view different style layouts located both inside and outside and decorated with the Christmas theme.

There are 13 homes — in Mesa, Chandler, Sun Lakes, San Tan Valley, Goodyear, Avondale and Peoria. Go to the website for Arizona Big Train Operators at azbigtrains.org for the addresses of the participants, video and for any updated information, according to a release.

“So come out and enjoy seeing these train layouts and enjoy the Christmas Holidays and unique train layouts,” the release states.

Tax-deductible donations are accepted and used to maintain the train layouts at Cardon Children’s Medical Center and the Ryan House and promoting Arizona Big Train Operators activities.

Also, the Superstition Mountain Museum Railroad, 4087 N. Apache Trail in Apache Junction, will be participating 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 10-11 and 17-18.
