Buff City Soap a rapidly expanding handmade retail franchise known for its plant-based soap and body products is now open in Tempe.
Founded in 2013, The new store is home to some of the best plant-based soaps and body products that are made in-store daily by local artisans. Buff City Soap has created a high-quality alternative to commercial soap products full of harsh chemicals, detergents, animal fats, and sulfates.
The store is owned by LaDonda Dees, who owns another Buff City Soap in Maricopa spoke on her excitement to open a store in the East Valley.
“I’m thrilled to introduce Buff City to Tempe,” Ms. Dees said. “The in-store experience we provide combined with the moisturizing properties of our handmade products keep your skin from drying out in the Arizona heat while the scents delight your nose.”
Each Buff City Soap store offers more than 30 unique and customizable scents across dozens of handcrafted soap products; including its famous soap bars, bath bombs, foaming hand soap, and even laundry soaps.
Since Buff City’s soaps are crafted by local artisans at the store it allows guests to customize the scent and ingredients used in the process to create the unique scent profile.
“Buff City Soap will provide the Tempe area with a one-of-a-kind guest experience, which will keep customers coming back,” said Ms. Dees. “We know our customers love our delightfully scented, plant-based, handmade bath and body products.”
Buff City Soap is currently open every day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is located at 1320 W Elliott Road.
