Taylor Morrison debuts master-planned community in Mesa

Has La Mira Discovery, Expedition collections

Posted

To help meet the growing housing demand fueled by new arrivals to the Phoenix metro area, Taylor Morrison Home Corp., a national homebuilder and developer, will debut its newest master-planned community La Mira with the launch of two new housing collections, Discovery and Expedition, on Oct. 16 in Mesa.

La Mira is priced from the mid-$400,000s and both collections offer six floor plans, according to a release.

Buyers can select from one- and two-story home designs ranging from 1,715 to 3,962 square feet with three to seven bedrooms, two to five baths and finished two to four-and-a-half-car garages.

While all homes include high-quality kitchen appliances, dramatic interior and exterior design touches, and energy saving features, buyers can customize the home of their dreams through Taylor Morrison’s design studio. The community offers homebuyers exclusive amenities with convenient access to shopping, dining and entertainment at nearby Eastmark, the release states.

“La Mira is an exclusive Taylor Morrison community designed to offer residents an amenity rich community at an affordable entry point,” Brad Schoenberg, Phoenix division president at Taylor Morrison, said in the release. “As more people seek to establish roots in Phoenix, we are committed to building high quality housing options that complement the area’s dynamic spirit.”

La Mira also features TM LiveWell, a standard offering for all to-be-built homes. Inspired by home shoppers’ input amidst COVID-19, Taylor Morrison was among the first home builders to offer consumers healthy home features at no additional cost with TM LiveWell’s in-home products for safer and cleaner living. La Mira’s Discovery and Expedition collections will include TM LiveWell products and technologies for safer paint, healthier air and cleaner water, the release states.

La Mira residents will have access to their own pool and pool-house as well as a host of public amenities at Eastmark including parks, a greenbelt, dining, activities and entertainment.

Legacy Sports Park, a 320-acre, world class family sports and entertainment park scheduled to open in late 2021, adds to the roster of nearby amenities. The sports and recreation park will house venues for a variety of sports and athletic activities as well as an obstacle course racing park, family fitness center, kids play center, 2.7-acre lawn for concerts and a sports restaurant and bar, the release states.

Sales for La Mira’s Discovery and Expedition collections have begun. Available lots and home features will be listed on Taylor Morrison’s website at TaylorMorrison.com. For questions about La Mira, call 480-346-1738.
