The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers who use State Route 88 in Apache Junction to plan for nightly lane restrictions beginning Monday, Feb. 28, for drainage improvements.

SR88 between North Mammoth Mine Road and the entrance to Lost Dutchman State Park will be narrowed to one lane nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Tuesday, Feb. 28, and continuing for three weeks, Sunday through Friday nights.

Flaggers will direct motorists through the work zone during these nightly lane restrictions.

ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while the maintenance work is underway.
